Returns & Exchanges
At Fabric Collection we take time to prepare your order with care, each item is personally inspected by a Fabric Collection team member for quality control before it is packaged and sent for delivery.
Fabric Collection will not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases so please shop carefully.
Fabric Collection will offer a refund or exchange if there is a fault with the item that went undetected at packing. Contact the store via email email@example.com for a returns form and further instructions. The item must be unused and in original condition and must be received by Fabric Collection within 14 days of purchase date and the fault must be detected by staff to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please note that although we have taken all possible steps to ensure that the product images are representative of the product, colours may vary according to settings on your screen and therefore can only be an approximation of the actual product. If you are not sure if the fabric sample online is the correct colour or weight, please contact us before you make your purchase or send a stamped self addressed envelope detailing your request.
Cancellation of Order
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order (including delivery address, quantities, colours or removing items) after an order is placed. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
Fabric Collection will not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases.
Fabric Collection reserves the right to cancel any orders at discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Fabric Collection will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages resulting from the purchase, delivery, use, or return of any product or service purchased from this website beyond the value of the item purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits or interruption to business.
